Noble Lakeside Park offers independent living for those over 50, with well designed 2 or 3 bedroom homes. You purchase the home and lease the land. The lease is continual and security of tenure is fully protected under the Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 No 97.
The site fees at Noble Lakeside Park Kingscliff are currently $271.71 per week, less pensioner rebate (if applicable). Site fees are payable fortnightly in advance by direct credit for your convenience.
Your site fee is classed as rent therefore Rental Assistance towards payment is available to seniors who are entitled to benefits from Centrelink or Veterans Affairs.
Yes, the site fees are increased annually. You should carefully read the terms and conditions of the Site Agreement which will specify the amount and method of the site fee increase.
Yes you can sell your home at any time, either through Noble Lakeside Park Management or privately. You may choose to gift your home to your estate. Your beneficiaries can reside in the community if they meet the criteria, or they simply sell the house. All the capital gain (less commission) is retained by you.
Three clubhouses, two swimming pools and a spa, a tennis court, and a bowling green are available for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. These facilities form the heart and soul of the community.
