SITE LEASE - $139.00 per week

The site lease includes all council rates and charges, lawn mowing with auto sprinkler system for your garden. Use and maintenance of all the resort facilities (such as the clubhouse, pools & spas, tennis courts, chip and putt, hobby workshop and lawn bowls fields), common areas and on-site management. Home owners are responsible for their own power, phone, home and content insurance and home maintenance.
