The operation of the over 50 resorts in Queensland is governed by The Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003. The Queensland State Government protects the resident's rights and obligations, and the Management's obligations are detailed.
If you wish to sell your home, you can at any time, either through Noble Lakeside Management or privately. You may choose to gift your home to your estate. All the capital gain (less commission) is retained by you.
Rental Assistance is available to seniors who are entitled to benefits from Centrelink or Veterans Affairs can be applied towards the Site Rental Fee.
