The Regulations of the Fair Trading Act has set down questions to assist potential residents. We have provided the following answers:
Q What restrictions are there to having someone else live in the house?
A Community management's consent in writing is required
Q What about overnight or short stay guests?
A Prior consent of short stay guests required. No restrictions for overnighters.
Q How about car parking?
A Apart from residents' own garage, visitor parking is available in designated areas
Q May I have pets?
A One small dog or cat is permitted at management's discretion, subject to resident complying with Noble Lakeside Rules
Q What can the residents put on the site besides their house, e.g. garden shed. awnings, fences, etc
A This is subject to the prior written consent from Noble Lakeside management and local authority approval if required.
Q Is there any restriction on the type of house allowed?
A Only homes built by Baclon Pty Ltd are allowed.

Q Are the homes treated for termites?
A YES, all homes are protected from termites with a Kordon barrier in accordance with the Fraser Coast Council building regulations and the Australian Standards. However, the homeowner is responsible to have an annual pest inspection conducted.
Q How are the homes constructed?
A Our homes are steel framed and constructed on a concrete slab with a steel chasis, the external walls are a cement rendered, Hebel cladding and the roof and guttering are all colorbond. All of our homes are approved by the Fraser Coast Council.
Q Do I own my home?
A YES - firstly the home you buy or have built is yours, you are the legal owner of the house. Secondly, you acquire a license to occupy the site on which your home stands, thirdly, you receive a contract of sales and certificate of ownership for your home.
Q How is the site rental paid?
A Fortnightly and direct into a nominated management account.
Q What security do I ahve on my lease?
A Queensland State Government legislation guarantees the residents security of tenure under the Residential Parks Act 2003. The Queensland State Goverment protects all residents rights and obligations and clearly ensures that the Resort Management obligations are detailed and adhered to.
